Telehealth Information

You will receive a text the morning of your appointment with a link to the virtual waiting room.

If your visit has not started at 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, stay in the waiting room. Please call our office at 517-484-3000 and a staff member will assist you.

Instructions
  • You must have a device with camera and microphone capability.
  • The day before your Telehealth visit, you will receive a call from our Front Desk to update your demographics and collect a copay if applicable.
  • The day of your appointment, you will receive a call from the Medical Assistant to prep your medical chart for your appointment.
  • Remain in the room until the provider starts your visit.
  • It is important to make sure you are in a room that is quiet and private.
  • It is recommended to do the pre-visit test to verify your camera and microphone are working.
  • If you have not received your telehealth visit invitation 2 hours prior to your appointment time, please call our office for assistance.
Visits that qualify for telehealth include, but are not limited to:
  • Incision Check
  • Post Operative Check (except 6 week Hysterectomy)
  • Contraceptive/Birth Control
  • Menopausal Issues
  • Preconception
  • Infertility Discussion
  • OB 14-16 week visit
  • OB 32 week visit
