Alliance OB-GYN invites you to attend the Rite of Passage into Womanhood Seminar

This is a program for young ladies (ages 10-15) and their mothers/support persons to come together and learn about changes that are occurring or will occur during the adolescent years.  The program is designed to answer both mother/ support person and daughters questions, and to frame this physical and emotional transition in a positive light.

We are planning a group discussion including the following topics:
Common Adolescent GYN problems
Physiology of the menstrual cycle
Nutritional Requirements
Emotional/Psychological Changes in Adolescence
Important information you both need to plan for the future
