Elizabeth Price, NP, PhD
My career has spanned 35 years and has been devoted to the care and counsel of women in all stages of growth and development. I am a graduate of MSU's nurse practitioner program and because I am a perpetual student I never stopped until I had earned a PhD from the college of Human Ecology. Developing an interest in the physiology and psychology of menopause I became certified as a menopause specialist by the North American Menopause Society in 2002. I have a very holistic view of health care and work to present the client with choices for treatment. I enjoy working with all age groups of women. In my eight years with Alliance OB/GYN I have helped develop and present a Rite of Passage program for adolescent and educational seminars for women in midlife. I believe each woman should be treated with respect, and compassion. I feel Alliance OB/GYN is bigger than the sum of its parts. That we all work together as a team to provide you with the most comprehensive health care possible. It is my good fortune to be affiliated with this group of individuals. The subject of women's health is one that is dear to my heart as well as my job.
